Responsibilities

  • You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer
  • You will guide product and customer marketing direction for Unqork, working with Demand Generation, Communications, and other company functions such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product Management.
  • You will support a team spanning product, solutions, field, and customer marketing activities.
  • Provide strategic direction and editorial guidance for content in essential communication channels.
  • Educate sales, product management, and marketing team about competitive landscape and offerings.
  • Develop a content marketing strategy and editorial plan aligned to short-term and long-term marketing goals.
  • Partner with SVP, Demand Generation to guide marketing strategies for acquiring and engaging customers.
  • Educate the market about Unqork's core technical value offerings through multiple collateral such as demos, white-papers, workshops, presentations and technical blogs, driving views of that content.
  • Develop and activate Unqork's core use-case messaging and positioning.
  • Conduct ongoing user testing with target personas of Unqork's product content and offering.
  • Provide input and strategy into product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on market and customer research finding, industry analyst interactions and findings.
  • Support the team in setting clear goals and key results. Ensure that goals are communicated and progress is visible across the company.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions in the software industry, preferably within an area of SaaS/application development.
  • 8+ years of progressive management experience, with an emphasis on leadership, and engaging global and local stakeholders.
  • Experience leading and scaling cross-functional, dynamic teams.
  • You have the ability to build training sequences for diverse skill-sets.
  • Experience guiding and building functional specialization within teams, including setting and monitoring OKRs that both reflect clear division of responsibilities and larger team goals.
