As the SEO Manager on the Growth team at Skillshare, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the SEO program, which is a key focus in our rapid company growth. You'll be responsible for all technical SEO of the large Skillshare website, as well as manager for all on-page optimization projects throughout the platform and the blog, including research, strategy and implementation. You will also directly contribute to conversion optimization across all organic content.

What you'll do:

• Manage the implementation of all SEO projects cross-functionally
• Conduct advanced keyword research and on-page optimization for page redesigns and new products
• Own Technical SEO, including auditing, strategy, implementation and management of all fixes
• Provide reporting, analytics and insights for SEO projects and overall goals
• Proactively conduct regular competitive analysis for new opportunities
• Contribute to strategy for conversion optimization of all organic content/pages 

Why we're excited about you:

• 4-6 years experience in SEO as an IC in Content and Technical SEO
• Mid-senior level experience in-house at a large-scale national/international brand strongly preferred
• Hands-on expertise with keyword research, content strategy, blog strategy, on-page optimization, internal link strategy
• Hands-on expertise with advanced technical SEO audits and fixes
• Proven experience in analytics and reporting, with the ability to drive strategy based on data and SEO testing
• Excellent web analytics and research skills, including GA, GSC, Mixpanel, Looker, SEM Rush, BrightEdge
