SEO Manager

We are looking for a Manager of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to join our growing marketing team. You will help shape and execute organic search and website conversion strategies across various products and services including CLEAR Plus (consumer B2C), TSA PreCheck Powered by CLEAR, and CLEAR Platform (B2B). You will partner with key internal stakeholders to engage prospects and customers, drive profitable outcomes, and keep pace with the ever-evolving requirements to win in organic search and prospect conversion. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting traffic, ranking, keyword, and other KPI insights to drive SEO decisions, while serving as our SEO subject matter expert.
What You Will Do:
- Work closely with the Lifecycle and Performance marketing teams to define and meet SEO and website KPIs for various products across the business
- Analyze, identify & manage SEO & website initiatives and opportunities
- Lead A/B testing on our website to optimize the quality and quantity of our traffic
- Build and maintain weekly, monthly & quarterly SEO & website reports tracking content performance, traffic analytics and search trends
- Provide insight that will grow search traffic to our various product pages
- Track keyword phrases & pages across our sites
- Stay up-to-date on latest algorithm updates, new tools, industry trends & news
- Implement keyword research
- Support technical audits & monitor websites to ensure all sites are following SEO & web best practices
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years related experience in Organic Search/SEO, B2C
- Committed to presenting a compelling story & actionable insights with data
- Passion for problem-solving & curiosity-driven approach to research
- Experience with working in content management systems
- A collaborative & proactive team player
- Familiarity with SQL
- Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, etc)
- Expert user with Google Analytics, Google Search Console
- Strong understanding of HTML and JavaScript
