As the Social Media & Community Associate, you will be a part of the core team responsible for building a community and shaping the storytelling around a new disruptor brand built for today’s woman.

In a hyper-competitive category, we aspire to create breakthrough work that provokes a new way of how women think. We’re seeking a social media wiz that can get emotionally invested in building a brand that moves the industry forward, speaking in a real way to today’s woman.

You will be a part of a team that is developing breakthrough brand narratives that help introduce us to the world and create a deep relationship with our consumers, bringing these stories to life through key social platforms and formats - new and old.

 About the Role

Coming in from the beginning, the Social Media & Community Associate will work alongside the Head of Creative & Communications to bring the brand to life on key social channels. This role will be a central member of our new Brand Communications team, working across a variety of social platforms, community development programs, and content/storytelling franchises.

The ideal candidate will come into this role with a passion for content, creative storytelling, and engaging community.

  • Influencer Community Management: Identifying, tracking, and engage influencers, content creators, and tastemakers for content and relationship-building opportunities throughout the year. Will act as the primary day-to-day liaison working with our agency partner(s) and supporting the execution of gifting programs.

This includes establishing (in partnership with the Creative Team) a cohesive visual aesthetic and unified brand voice across different social media channels, ensuring all content is brand-aligned, and working with social partners (other brands/influencers) to accurately communicate brand messages and tone.
  • Trendwatching and Insights: stay on top of new cultural trends, competitor monitoring, and emerging social channels — analyzing and formally presenting opportunities for growth and being a first-mover in the space; and incorporate this knowledge into timely, editorial content based on popular events, holiday moments, pop culture, and more.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics for social campaigns (updating weekly/monthly reports), monitor competitors and establish and standardize KPIs (e.g., EMV, social following, engagement, etc.) for success as we grow.
