What We're Looking for:
We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about brand marketing, travel, design, and hospitality to join our team. You must be a hands-on, results-oriented person and excited about Domio’s mission. You care deeply about the smallest details because you understand that’s a big part of hospitality and brand—the little things matter!

At Domio You Will:

  • Create, coordinate, activate, and monitor all social calendars and syndication schedules across Domio’s social platforms (in order of focus: Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn)
  • Community manage all of Domio’s social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop & manage influencer marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to building & maintaining our brand voice
  • Follow Domio brand & social media guidelines and work to further develop those guidelines in collaboration with the Brand & Design team
  • Source and develop on-brand visual content
  • Write compelling, short form copy and publish daily content that builds meaningful and actionable engagement with the Domio community
  • Implement social media calendar, relationship management, and organization to meet daily and monthly traffic goals and increase engagement across social channels
  • Track and report metrics and trends with strategic analysis and recommendations, specifically reporting social goals concerning company KPIs
  • Monitor trends, strategies, and best practices in market and apply knowledge to Domio's social media initiatives
  • Manage partnership(s) deliverables—ensure they are appropriately leveraged within the organizational brand strategy
  • Help with various marketing initiatives for upcoming properties (e.g. hotel launches)

Who You Are:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Must have a creative eye, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of composition, design, and aesthetic
  • Must be a self-driven and motivated individual, who possesses expert level skill set on major social media platforms, particularly Instagram
  • Passionate about using social media to tell stories and build brands
  • Understanding of branding and preferably experienced in following brand guidelines
  • Plugged into pop culture, design and style trends, and current events
  • Ability to write compelling, short-form social media copy
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with hyper attention to detail
  • Adaptive team player who works comfortably in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Exceptional with details and follow up
  • Graphic design experience preferred
  • Online advertising experience preferred

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Because my role is primarily driving creative, the work our team does impacts the overall brand and how each team presents our product & experiences to the end user. Design collaborates with Real Estate, Product, Operations, Revenue Management, and Marketing very closely to ensure we are addressing all stakeholders' needs.

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

I joined Domio as an Operations intern while I was a student at NYU. Once I graduated, I transitioned into a full-time position as a Revenue Analyst overseeing the pricing of newer markets. I am now a Senior Revenue Analyst piloting our first apart-hotel (Domio Baronne St.) in New Orleans and expanding Domio’s distribution networks.
