We are looking for a full-time social media coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will manage the day-to-day planning, posting, and reporting of Maisonette’s social media channels with the key purposes of driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and nurturing community engagement. We are seeking someone who is both creative and analytical, who is comfortable with analysis and digging into data, who can be detail oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Oversee the planning and execution of social media content calendars across all channels:
Partner with the Marketing team to align on promotion of launches and events
Maintain a balance of key campaign moments, merch prioritization requests, and in-app experience to drive engagement, brand awareness, and traffic to site.
Work with the creative team to ensure that all editorial assets are optimized for each channel
Ensure the optimization of key posting times across various channels
Engage in both reactive and proactive community management to generate engagement, develop brand awareness in areas of opportunity, and drive conversion around our posts
Perform weekly social listening to help inform trending social content opportunities and monitor the presence and performance of relevant competitors
Source social content for marketplace posts and draft accompanying copy
Provide internal teams and partners with weekly and monthly social performance reports

You are thoughtful and empathetic, respectful and curious, with an creative eye and sensibility. You are a great writer, you’re witty and in the know, up to date on social trends and best practices.
