What You Will Do:

• Create original content for social media, video, and other platforms
• Work Closely with the Editorial Director and Visuals Editor to hone the site’s vision, imagery, and voice
• Help set and execute creative strategy across multiple social platforms
• Use analytics and data daily to inform pitches, content decisions, and strategy
• Write articles for the site on beauty, health and wellness
• Closely follow beauty-related news, media and trends
• Attend and report on beauty industry events as needed

Who You Are:

• 2-4 years of experience in beauty, health or wellness related writing/editing OR blogging (required)
• Passion for and experience creating beauty, health or wellness content
• Relationships within the industry and strong knowledge of the beauty landscape
• Strong writing skills and ability to turn around clean copy under tight deadlines
• A passion for social and digital media content and a strong understanding of the social media landscape
• An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
• A talent for staying ahead of trends and adapting to a changing digital landscape
• HTML and Photoshop skills are a plus
