360Learning is looking for a passionate Social Media Lead that will take our social media content and strategy to the next level.


In this role, you’ll live and breathe social media, come up with creative social media campaigns, provide guidance on the latest and most annoying change to the social media algorithms, combine our strong brand vision with the latest trending conversations and pop-cultural references and make us THE company to follow in the L&D and HR world on Instagram and Linkedin. 


You’ll join a growing Content team of 6 other talented content marketers and be coached by the Director of Content. Here's a sneak peek:


Own our social media strategy. Come up with a one-of-a-kind social media strategy

Bring our unique brand voice to life. Work with the rest of the content team to define our tone and copy approach on each social platform

Hands-on execution. Create and manage our social media publishing calendar and community management

Analytics and reporting. Create and own weekly and monthly reports, and post-mortem of campaigns. 

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes a deep dive into our teams, culture, and product
  • Get to know the rest of the content team and our brand voice and guidelines
  • Understand our market and business needs, and map out the role social media should play
  • Benchmark what our competitors are doing on social media and come up with ideas that beat theirs

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Match our brand vision with social media specificities and create a strategy for each social platform
  • Manage our day-to-day operations for social media: writing copy, creating content, community management, social media publishing calendar
  • Coordinate with other marketing team members to align on the publishing priorities and frequency of different types of content, balancing awareness and acquisition goals
  • Report on social media performance and engagement (net new followers, post engagement, click-through-rates, and other goal achievements)
  • Ship your first social media campaign

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Define a Social media roadmap and goals for the next 12 months
  • Feed the Product Marketing team with insights on which messages resonate with the audience or not
  • Align with the Demand Gen team to ensure consistency in organic and paid social media marketing
  • Provide guidelines and framework to get more 360Learners to get active on social media

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Prove that social media is a key element to 360Learning’s growth with successful, repeatable campaigns and strategies
  • Have created a fast-growing community of loyal followers on Instagram and Linkedin
  • Identify new platforms we should be on

The Skills Set

  • 5+ years of social media marketing experience, with a track record of building memorable social media communities 
  • Passion for social media, pop culture, and trending conversations
  • A great sense of humor and ability to talk to people with ease
  • Proficient in basic video shooting, editing (e.g. Instagram stories) 
  • Aesthetic eye for what looks good and basic graphic design (Canva is ok ;)
  • Creative but organized. Good with deadlines and managing multiple projects
  • Comfortable with numbers and analytics
  • Fast learner and ability to digest complex concepts and ideas into visual formats
  • A big plus but not required: Comfortable in front of the camera, knowledge of B2B marketing concepts, e.g. lead generation, conversion funnels, and/or fluency in French
  • Enthusiasm about the idea of working in our Culture of Convexity
