Social Media Manager
Part Time Contract, Remote
Role Description:

We enable our users to pay rent and bills throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances. With Flex, everybody can better manage their bills and budget.
What you'll do:
- Planning & Development
- Develop content calendars based on approved strategy. Content should align with key audiences of consumers, partners, investors and employees
- Build channel aesthetic to align with Flex brand visuals, voice, and values (e.g. timeline cover, profile pictures, blog layout, etc.)
- Create and edit content for social media posts based on our marketing initiatives and new products.
- Coordinate with other channels for content development (SEO, PR, Co-Marketing, etc). Reuse and adapt their content for social.
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Community Management
- Contribute to a positive and cohesive company image to achieve business goals
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner to provide help and reassurance that Flex is there
- Monitor customer reviews to flag issues and glean insights
- Partner with customer service team to ensure cohesive communication and quick resolution of inquiries
- Project Management
- Drive alignment and steward project timelines across marketing team and cross functionally stakeholders
- Use tools like JIRA, Google Drive, and Slack for team communication & planning
- Data Analysis & Optimization
- Help define KPIs and KRAs for social media channels and campaigns and how they impact the consumer journey and business growth
- Report on channel performance against KPI’s and optimization recommendations
- Monitor social listening to maintain pulse on consumer sentiment and identify brand and content opportunity
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a content manager with the following channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.
- Experience implementing content aligned to brand guidelines
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to grab attention and drive engagement
- Video creation and editing
- Community management experience to build engagement and trust with brands
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management skills and the ability to build timelines
- Ability to achieve fast turnarounds and be agile with change
- Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Bilingual English and Spanish Fluency (preferred)
