QuadPay is looking for a Social Media Manager to promote our brand across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, and report directly into the CMO. The right candidate will develop a compelling content strategy and be data-driven and highly analytical in order to build traffic and grow an engaged audience. They must create thoughtful, strategic content and have a creative eye. They must be passionate about storytelling through visual and written content.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across all social channels (FB, IG, Twitter) and implement across new social channels (Tik Tok, Youtube, Pinterest) 
  • Employ and develop tactics that will drive social growth and engagement
  • Have an eye for social visuals, including photos, video and graphics and work closely with the team’s graphic designers
  • Manage day-to-day social media content, engagement, and conversation with followers
  • Ideate brand initiatives and activations seasonally with the marketing team
  • Review and report social metrics to ensure all strategies put in place are effective for each platform
  • Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, and growth marketing is a must

What You Should Have:

  • Have 4-6 years experience in social media marketing
  • Must have a deep understanding of the retail and/or lifestyle social media space
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a good eye for cohesive storytelling
  • A strong grasp of marketing principles and brand-building
  • Experience with social analytics tools (such as: Hootsuite, Later, Monday)
  • A track record of organic social growth is a major plus
