Role:
We Are Seeking a self-starter to contribute to the development, execution and optimization of the social media strategy for Celonis. He/she will collaborate with the Director of Social Media to manage the social strategy, content creation, community management, and measurement. The Social Media Manager will navigate Celonis program portfolio through the ever-evolving social media landscape by researching audience preferences, discovering current trends, developing original content, and suggesting creative ways to promote our brand and attract new prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Curate and manage the social media platforms on a daily basis (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Report trends to senior management, and manage full scale organic campaigns (coordinate with digital media team on paid social campaigns)
- Increase user engagement, and research / analyze data do adapt social media content
- Manage posting calendar, and ensure effectiveness of social media / encourage best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in either content management, communications, or social media
- fluency in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Passion for Social Media
- Strong interpersonal skills, and ability to develop / improve best practices
- Experience in Google Analytics, and ability to understand / make changes based on data trends
- Strong storytelling skills, and ability to work well under pressure (hit deadlines, and solve problems)
- Experience working with extremal Influencers
- Experience building in-house team of Social ambassadors
- Employee Advocacy: Trainings and workshops for Employees, Social Selling
- Live-event coverage responsibility without direct supervisions
- Event and campaign planning experience
- Strong presentation skills
