Contribute to the overall growth of the B2C business through Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Pricing and Promotion strategies. 

What You'll Do

• Conversion Rate Optimization
• Own CRO pipeline and execute experiments through the entire testing process including ideation, qualification, implementation, analysis and iteration using A/B testing platform as well as partnering directly with product and design teams
• Identify opportunities for conversion optimization across the sales cycle using qualitative and quantitative analysis. Areas for optimization will include product marketing pages, content pages as well as sign up funnels
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Clinical teams to facilitate thoughtful and appropriate revenue driving optimizations
• Effectively communicate and present results and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership team
• SEO + Content
• Oversee strategy and production of growth focused SEO content
• Manage content marketing/SEO team and content marketing agency
• Meet and exceed quarterly organic revenue goals  
• Assess optimal internal content, such as landing pages, that improve SEO results
• Pricing
• With Product and Data Science, identify potential price points for each product or plan, test various pricing structures, and recommend optimal pricing
• Promotions
• With Finance and Data Science, determine optimal promotional strategy, including an analysis of seasonality, LTV and customer segments

About You

• 7+ years of eCommerce, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Inside sales management experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• 3+ years as a team Manager/Director
• 3+ years of CRO and leading growth experiments
