As the head of Product Marketing for Vimeo’s Enterprise business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of video for large organizations. You will lead a group of Product Marketing Managers to orchestrate high-impact product launches, obtain in-depth customer and market insights, develop personas and use cases, drive messaging and collateral, optimize packaging and pricing and assist with sales enablement and knowledge sharing. 

In this role, you will be the voice of our users - understanding their pain points and making them your own. You will go beyond standard market research to understand how the industry is evolving and where future opportunities lie for Vimeo’s Enterprise business. You will use insights to help shape product strategy, scale products from the ground-up, and organize launches into repeatable and impactful go-to-market processes.

This role is ideal for an analytical, self-starter who can work on creative marketing initiatives and data-driven strategy. The role requires deep knowledge of B2B marketing and experience supporting and enabling sales teams in a B2B SaaS company.   • Design narratives for Vimeo enterprise products that speak to the needs of our customers 
  • Be the voice of the customer by conducting thorough user research and defining the buyer and user personas 
  • Gather competitive analysis and industry insights to educate internal stakeholders and help inform product road mapping, pricing, and industry mapping
  • Work with relevant stakeholders on the optimization of enterprise website funnel(s) and content to generate qualified opportunities in local and international markets
  • Drive cross-functional alignment among sales, marketing, product, and engineering to realize the shared goals of the marketing plan
  • Lead and mentor a team of highly talented Product Marketing Managers to develop product value propositions and global go-to-market strategies
  • Utilize insights from Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, and Looker to measure, track and optimize the success of product marketing programs and activities

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 10+ years of product or marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product management, sales, marketing, PR, and creative teams on driving growth through product marketing initiatives
  • Proven self-starter with a bias for action, who can both execute and strategize, and who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Analytical mindset, and a working sense of Marketo, Salesforce, and Looker, using these platforms to report on KPIs to track performance and identify trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable speaking in front of diverse audiences
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and  toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasks effortlessly
  • Experience with video technology is a plus
