Sr. Manager, Agency Marketing Lead at Snap Inc.

As a member of the Global Business Marketing team, working from one of our US office locations (New York or Los Angeles), you’ll lead marketing programs designed to inspire and educate our Agency Partners to develop innovative solutions and drive adoption of them. We are looking for an experienced marketer with global experience to lead this team. The Agency Marketing Lead will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing the Snapchat business ecosystem to ensure that Agencies understand the value Snapchat provides for their clients and brands. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of the advertising industry and an ability to combine strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical rigor. You will be responsible for developing marketing programs across multiple channels including digital learning management systems (i.e. EXPLORE), marketing events, agency takeovers, and more. This leader will also possess strong cross-functional skills, the ability to influence at executive levels of the organization and partner across our global marketing team to execute at a high level. This position reports to the Global Head of Business Marketing.
What you’ll do:
Build a global marketing strategy to drive Agency adoption and sustainable business growth
Develop marketing programs that inspire and educate Agencies
Build strong working relationships with leaders across Snapchat’s Global Agency Team, Global Brands Team and Global Business Solutions Teams
Work cross-functionally with the rest of the global business marketing team to ensure we’re leveraging successful agency initiatives across markets.
Identify the right levers behind successful marketing content and iterate on those learning
Develop and maintain best-in-class collateral that supports the Agency teams’ always-on education needs and demonstrate the value of Snapchat to clients (at Agency Roadshows, Workshops, Top 2 Top Meetings, etc).
Manage budgets for agency marketing programs, development work streams and GTM programs
Manage two marketers (Education Lead + Marketing Coordinator) to scale development efforts and marketing platforms.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of relevant experience in content strategy and development
5+ years of experience managing and growing a team
Experience working in markets outside of the US
Ability to influence others; handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues cross-cross-functionally, and when to apply common sense
You work well under pressure, are results-oriented, upbeat, and focused, with a strong passion to learn and succeed
Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance, and to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Experience guiding creative production of campaigns, printed collateral, presentations, websites, videos, and other marketing materials
Experience thinking creatively, communicating and presenting to large groups
Proven leadership experience with experience influencing and executing across multiple teams
Experience engaging at an executive level with cross-functional groups
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to engage all levels of the organization
Travel required, as needed
