Senior Manager – Account Services
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Manager – Account Services role is a team lead role meant for a paid search wizard who loves coaching digital marketers, assisting on strategy & account management and directly managing larger digital ad accounts. This individual craves working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth.
We are looking for someone with a passion for paid search who wants to join a fast-growing, fun digital agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. The ideal candidate is confident in their ability to drive improvements in account performance, but also to manage and develop some of our awesome talent.
Client & Team Revenue Oversight
Serve as the main point of contact and client team lead for 2-3 larger MT clients
Manage a team of 1-5 Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers
Revenue & retention responsibilities for team accounts
Participate in onboardings, renewal calls, and other important client communications
Drive overall account strategy, forecasting, and planning
Analyze performance data and KPIs
Create and deliver quarterly performance reviews for your direct reports
Run weekly team meetings to track progress toward client & team goals
Paid Search & Process
Maintain excellent standards and quality of service
Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
Assist with and run advanced trainings on new features and services
Create best practices, and assist in developing process documents
Manage the Account Managers & Paid Search Analysts who will be assisting on your portfolio of clients
ABOUT YOU
Qualifications
4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
4+ Years of direct paid search client management including paid search strategy development, execution & client relationship management
Strong data analytics and strategy background, including experience using Google Analytics
1+ Year in a supervisory role directly managing other digital marketing professionals
Experience presenting digital marketing strategy to C-Suite and executive audiences
High-level Excel proficiency
Time management and problem solving skills
Not afraid to get in the weeds, but still able to see the trees, forest, and ecosystem
Exceptional communication skills & interpersonal skills
Ideal Candidate Has
Directly managed paid search budgets of $200,000+ in monthly ad spend
Exposure to paid social, display and remarketing efforts
Comfortable optimizing toward back-end metrics from a CRM such as Salesforce
