Sr. Manager, Paid Social
Authentic Brands Group is seeking a Sr. Manager, Paid Social to join our growing team. If you are highly in tune with the digital world and able to leverage data and insights to plan, execute, and report on paid social campaigns, we want to talk to you!
The Sr. Manager is responsible for ensuring that all marketing campaigns are supported globally, with paid media across social channels. This person works closely with internal brand strategy, experiential, creative teams, and other cross-functional partners as well as our external partners and media companies to drive brand-right consumer experiences that achieve campaign-specific KPIs. This position will focus primarily on planning and executing full funnel paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate is comfortable with training team members on paid social planning, execution and reporting across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, Pinterest and TikTok.
-Own seasonal media campaign planning for ABG’s portfolio of lifestyle & entertainment brands across social channels
-Lead weekly media campaign management from campaign planning to creative concepting, working with internal & external design partners, & campaign trafficking & flighting in partnership with internal & external teams
-Manage campaign asset coordination & organization to ensure achievement of design & launch deadlines
-Oversee budget planning and allocation
-Execute all aspects of ABG’s paid social media buys across multiple channels and ad buying platforms
-Ensure campaigns hit target audience demographics and are optimized for cost and performance
-Analyze paid social campaign performance and recommend future actions to drive performance
-Hindsight weekly & seasonal campaign performance and provide insights to the broader marketing team on areas of opportunity
-Proactively identify new capabilities & market trends, & facilitate the evaluation of vendor proposals with key stakeholders
-Explore and identify emerging media, platforms, and new ways to engage and reach targeted guests/audiences
-Develop creative strategies to enhance conversion and drive revenue on new and mature paid media campaigns
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field required
-3 - 5 years of paid social experience with an emphasis on media planning and execution, or complementary agency roles
-Proven record of providing insights, reporting, and analysis to optimize campaigns
-Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
-Experience developing media plans/strategies and a solid understanding of all campaign key performance indicators
