As the Senior Manager, Talent Attraction, and Strategic Programs you focus on meeting current and future business talent objectives through the development and implementation of impactful branded talent attraction, engagement, conversion and nurturing for both current needs and programs. You effectively lead and develop a high performing team of professionals who will deliver on the design and delivery of all our talent attraction strategies across all talent channels. Utilizing your knowledge of industry trends and best practices combined with a multitude of internal resources you will have the opportunity to truly design and brand how we are going to attract the talent of today and the future to support the Enterprise business objectives for the next decade and beyond.
You excel at planning, managing, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of projects and programs, and partner with the analytics team to leverage data, analytics and intelligence to drive strategic talent conversations, inform overall talent strategy, and tell compelling stories

What you will do:• Drive talent attraction initiatives by ensuring the successful creation, implementation and management of key branding and program strategies.• Bolster attraction and pipeline efforts by identifying additional techniques to be applied including selecting media, technology and social to support the talent acquisition strategy.• Drive a branded candidate experience function that puts experience at the center of what we do by improving the existing candidate journey from attraction through interviewing and pre-boarding• Lead the development and implementation of dynamic recruitment programs to include early career, diversity and military to ensure we are capturing the future innovative top-talent across the market.• Effectively deliver intelligence and actionable insights that enable business leaders to make more strategic and impactful talent decisions, increase talent pipelines, and enhance the candidate journey• Collaborate and build consensus with key internal stakeholders including university, diversity, military relations, TA solutions/tech and Spectrum Enterprise business executives to identify and align business and talent needs.
Required keys for success:• Three more years of people leader experience.• Six or more years of recruiting experience.• TA marketing experience.• Skill in leveraging data and analytics to identify where to adjust attraction efforts to continuously deliver for Spectrum Enterprise.• Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies and employment practices.• Ability to partner and consult with Sr. Executives across the organization to proactively identify talent attraction strategies and programs that will help deliver innovative talent through current hiring and programs.• Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions and work collaboratively to resolve issues.• Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to show sound judgement and initiative while working under pressure.• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information while working collaboratively with leaders of all levels of the organization.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
