Sr. Marketing Manager, Retention

We are looking for an experienced retention marketer to lead and scale our lifecycle marketing program.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent copywriter who has a strong analytical foundation - a CRM marketing expert who can use multiple channels to work to impact activation, engagement, retention and referral metrics across the full customer journey.

What You’ll Do
- Understand company objectives and map them to user marketing outcomes
- Build, test, and deploy lifecycle campaigns across email, push and in-app to increase active usage, retention and minimize churn
- Copywriting and editing including impeccable spelling, grammar, and mechanics
- Drive Brigit’s engagement and lifecycle strategy including product activation, retention, and loyalty
- Track performance of retention marketing campaigns and workflows
- Identify, develop, and execute retention marketing experiments including variations on copy, imagery, and timing.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to to ensure the right data are available for relevant, personalized, and real-time campaigns
- Use data, analytics, and experimental design to drive improvements across a wide variety of business objectives
Who You Are
- 4-7 years of in lifecycle/CRM, email marketing and/or automation marketing roles
- Experience developing lifecycle programs with experience in B2C mandatory, ideally in finance or gaming.
- Extensive experience in working with an email service provider such as Braze, Iterable or similar, managing weekly and daily email/SMS campaigns, analyzing and reporting on results is required
- Significant experience and comfort writing email and SMS copy and putting together content
- Data driven – you can analyze a marketing funnel to size growth opportunities, build tests to measure the impact, and synthesize raw data into actionable campaigns for new and existing initiatives
- You’re a structured thinker and know how to get things done; you’re inspired to solve complex problems and manage multiple projects
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms like Amplitude and Periscope
- Deep understanding of Segment data and how it's applied in a mobile app setting
