About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as the marketing operations project manager. To be successful in this role, you need to be an excellent communicator, a problem solver, and be passionate about driving efficiencies and creating processes that help organizations scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Project manage prioritized Marketing initiatives in close collaboration with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Creative, Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, Marketing Leadership, and other teams
- Create and manage project plans when needed: monitor and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; effectively flag and mitigate risks; identify and resolve issues to ensure project success and report on results once project has been completed
- Improve, communicate and move forward processes within the Marketing organization
- Organize and maintain document repository and Marketing’s pages on our intranet
- Create needed templates and ensure utilization of those standardized templates
- Manage monthly Marketing All Hands (invites, deck completion, breakout rooms, etc.), QBRs (invites, agenda, presentation templates, collecting all presentation materials, etc.), Marketing Operations global calls, Marketing leadership offsites (agenda, travel logistics, etc.) and other events and meetings for the Marketing Operations or leadership team
- Manage monthly updates of reports, slide decks and other ongoing projects
- Build, manage and maintain Marketing team’s onboarding program
- Work closely with leadership team on semi-annual pulse survey completion: present results, create programs/projects to address items with low scores and report on progress
- Manage CS Certification and product trainings for the Marketing team as well as other team development initiatives
- Act as the key liaison between Marketing and Product Marketing ensuring good alignment between the two organizations: helping with prioritization of projects and making sure projects requested are being completed on time, among other things
- Manage ad-hoc Marketing Operations projects and initiatives
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management or business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Solutions-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Experience with working with global teams
- Experience with project management tools (i.e. Monday.com)
