Sr. Marketing Operations Manager

The Role
LeafLink is seeking an experienced Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be tasked with building, maintaining, and optimizing our marketing infrastructure and tech stack, including our website, marketing automation platform, CRM and other marketing tools. You will work directly with our Revenue Operations team, and in concert with the growth marketing team, to manage the Top Of Funnel including all insights and MQL flows. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring both strategic and tactical execution, strong project management skills, and experience managing a Marketing Operations program.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Hubspot and Salesforce and a working knowledge of Google Analytics, Drift, and be confident implementing new marketing technologies. You should be equally as excited about ensuring data flow and integrity as you are about creating reporting packages around funnel performance and marketing attribution.
The role requires curiosity, and an analytical minded person. However, you’ll help write the playbook, rather than inherit one. You must be comfortable moving quickly, and dealing with a significant amount of ambiguity. You will receive direction, coaching, and mentorship, however you will need to be self-motivated, with a great deal of initiative.
Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing funnel performance and make performance improvement recommendations
- Act as the strategic operations partner to the Marketing team, owning all ToFu reporting and Marketing attribution process
- Collaborate with the RevOps team to create and maintain a comprehensive marketing reporting package for our leadership team that will be used to make key business decisions
- Lead the maintenance of our marketing tech stack, ensuring smooth data flow and consistent data integrity
- Collaborate with growth marketing to ensure campaigns are being tracked and reported on effectively
- Own the integration and maintenance of marketing software and infrastructure
- Create documentation of marketing software processes and infrastructure

- You have experience with implementing and managing marketing automation software and infrastructure
- You are systems oriented, and have experience working with cross-functional teams on system integrations
- You are comfortable working in Hubspot, Salesforce, Drift and Google Analytics, and are excited about learning new systems
- You have excellent presentation and communication skills
- You are a multi-tasker and connector, as well as an organized operator who executes on both internal and external responsibilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Marketing/Marketing Ops experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have managed marketing operations at a growing company
- Excellent at data analysis
- B2B, SaaS, or E-Commerce experience a strong plus
- Experience with Hubspot and Salesforce
- Experience working with Drift, G Suite, ETL technologies and Tableau a strong plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to shift gears quickly and effectively
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, internally and with outside vendors and partners w/ extreme attention to detail
