Partnering across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Provider Operations, Strategy and the broader Marketing Team, this highly collaborative role will lead the collection, organization, and dissemination of competitive intelligence and market insights, including the resulting analyses/reports, enablement assets, training materials, and more.
What you’ll be doing:
- Consolidate, organize, manage, and maintain our competitive and market intelligence knowledge and assets
- Proactively generate and deliver high-value insights that keep everyone from the c-suite to individual sales reps keenly aware of competitive and market movement
- Synthesize insights for action, and become an indispensable partner that informs strategic decisions across Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Operations
- Develop a deep understanding of our direct and indirect competitors, as well as market and industry trends, through first-hand qualitative and quantitative research and analyses
- Create and maintain internal processes and initiatives to optimize competitive feedback loops and internal knowledge sharing, including win/loss analyses and data capture, across internal and external CI resources
- Identify, implement, and maintain the right tools to capture, deliver, and disseminate competitive intelligence at scale
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop and refine differentiated narratives around key product launches that resonate with members, clients, providers and consultants
- Establish cadence of proactive competitive and market updates as well as regular review cycles for competitive developments, insights and recommendations to leadership
- Collaborate with sales & marketing leadership to drive sales toward fluency in competitive differentiators, using repository of market & clinical insights to build collateral and lead effective trainings
What we expect from you:
- 5-7+ years’ experience in competitive intelligence, market intelligence, business analysis/consulting, corporate strategy, product marketing, knowledge/resource management and/or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Natural leader with demonstrated experience driving success in a dynamic, fast-paced organization
- Proficiency in a broad range of competitive intelligence, market intelligence, and/or market research methodologies and tactics
- Highly collaborative & adept at building and maintaining internal networks and cross-functional teams, and stakeholder management across every level of the organization
- Bias for action, affinity toward data, and creativity around complex business challenges
- Enthusiasm for healthcare innovation and tech, as well as business and strategy
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to build strong, compelling, evidenced-based storylines, analyses/reports, and recommendations that inspire leadership to action
- An analytical mindset with the ability to extract and highlight the most important details while providing clarity and context across diverse audiences
- You’re humble, hungry, honest.
- You’re entrepreneurial and growth-minded.
- You can navigate vagueness and drive clarity.
- And, it’s a plus if you have an understanding of the Mental Health and/or Health Insurance industry and landscape
