  • Overview of the Role:
    • The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead a critical role in developing the go-to-market positioning and execution for Neustar Marketing Solutions products, as well as manage the coordination of an integrated business development, product marketing, sales, and marketing plan to ultimately drive excellence and growth across a portfolio of the largest brands, publishers, agencies, and platforms in the world.
    • The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a highly cross-functional role, serving as a strategic advisor and partner to the sales, delivery, and support organizations - responsible for their understanding and application of product go-to-market strategies and positioning. This role will also be jointly responsible for managing product revenue and bookings goals in conjunction with product management.
  • What you will be doing:
    • The candidate must have a commanding understanding of marketing and advertising technology landscapes as well as customer data platforms, data management platforms, supply-side platforms, identity resolution platforms, clean room and data lake technologies, with demonstrable experience in product marketing, product strategy, and sales enablement. Additionally, s/he should have deep experience in identity resolution, audience planning, supply-chain activation, data management, and marketing measurement.
    • This individual must be a self-starter, critical thinker, and problem solver - capable of completing a multitude of complex tasks, lead strategic/tactical cross-departmental initiatives, and hold both themselves and their colleagues accountable for delivering against organizational and business goals. Other major responsibilities include assisting in the development of the portfolio of market positioning and messaging, creating sales tools and marketing strategy, and acting as a subject matter expert for thought leadership efforts, events, RFP responses and sales pitches. S/he must advocate for the voice of the customer, building a holistic market and competitive picture.
    • S/he will play a lead role maintaining competitive intelligence as the marketplace evolves and changes. By staying abreast of the market and competition, this person will arm our sales force with the insight and ideas that make them trusted partners of our clients.
    • The Senior Product Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Product Marketing for Unified Identity.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop GTM strategy, storytelling, messaging, pitch decks, promotional collateral, sales enablement material, and competitive positioning.
    • Partner with product management to lead to development of GTM strategy, build intelligence and co-manage pipeline and revenue
    • Track, analyze, report and develop competitive strategies against our key competition in Marketing Solutions
    • Perform market research (first- and third party) to inform strategic POV documents as critical changes take place in the industry vertical
    • Diagnose client and prospect needs, translate into questions and use cases, architect the story and positioning to solve critical client marketing opportunities
    • Develop a vision for the future of marketing technology and lead Neustar story and product
    • Develop and lead product steering committee meetings with cross-departmental stakeholders to drive the advancement of GTM positioning
    • Work closely with the respective functions in marketing (Partnerships, Content Strategy, Media, Events, Design Studio) to execute on GTM strategies and report/synthesize results against KPI’s
  • What we would love to see:
    • 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, product strategy or related, ideally within B2B, preferably in marketing technology, advertising technology, customer data platforms, data science, clean room technology, data management platforms, supply-side management platforms, media/audience planning, and identity resolution or in a consultative or strategy role within a large consulting service firm or agency.
    • Strategy development skillset, messaging and positioning experience in dynamic, high-growth as well as mature markets. Examples will be requested.
    • Big brand experience is a big plus
    • Comprehension of marketing analytics, specifically media strategy, media planning, identity resolution, data management, demand side platforms, onboarding, remarketing, and data science is an advantage
    • Sales enablement experience required
    • Significant presentation experience, especially in crafting and delivering storytelling and solutions-oriented selling
    • Excellent organization ability to indirectly manage cross-functional roles
    • Proven experience in "roll-up the sleeves" execution of product planning and execution details
    • Ability to adjust to frequently changing priorities and fast-paced environments and drive team towards results
    • Excellent written and communication skills
    • Education: Four-year accredited college degree required. MBA preferred
