Sr. Product Marketing Manager
HELP BUILD A WORLD CLASS PRODUCT MARKETING FUNCTION
Our Product Marketing team's mission is to help propel and advance Sisense's growing product portfolio and drive interest in our product. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager reporting in the product marketing organization under the Chief Strategy Officer, you will drive market positioning and messaging for new product capabilities and offerings in the Sisense Fusion platform.
Working from the earliest ideation phases through commercial launch, you will drive the creation of core product messaging, guide the creation of content for demand generation, build sales tools and enablement content, and orchestrate product launches to drive a killer GTM plan and its execution.
You will work cross-functionally to support marketing campaigns, new product releases, and enable sales to position and sell our analytic products and platform across multiple personas.

HOW YOU'LL RAMP:
By Day 30...
- You've learned the basics of the product and our messaging so you can develop new through-lines, demo the product, and position our offerings in our market
- You've met with the key leaders in product management, pre-sales, post-sales, and demand generation that impact the product marketing function
- You've developed messaging frameworks for new capabilities, outlined new demand content for our content team, and collaborated with Revenue Marketing to place pieces in market.
By Day 60...
- You and your leadership are aligned on a vision and plan for generating awareness and engagement around our market positioning, key competencies, and differentiated capabilities and are off to the races on executing across marketing and sales enablement
- You've worked with the broader go to market team to apply our messaging framework to level up existing communications, sales and marketing collateral around specific initiatives
- You're closely aligned with your product management counterparts to understand and influence product roadmap with valuable user insights
By Day 90...
- You'll have supported at least one major feature release and continue to refine best practices to drive execution excellence
- You'll be in lockstep with teams across the company providing valuable insights about users internally and creating valuable content for users externally
- You'll be working closely with our sales team to infuse insights about your users and product domain throughout the sales cycle
WHAT YOU'VE ACCOMPLISHED SO FAR:
- You've translated complex technical concepts into value-driven, easy to consume messages just as easily as you translate customer pain points into technical feature needs
- You're a doer that sees a problem and brings solutions to the table that you are ready to execute on.
- You've worked cross functionally on product launches and have established go-to-market best practices at a rapid pace
- You've crafted messaging that resonates and obsessively think about the best ways in which ideas and concepts can be communicated to prospects and customers.
- You have extensive experience briefing IC teams and directors both internally and in customer organizations, and you are comfortable on camera and on stage.
- The Sales and Product teams you've worked with in the past rave about your collateral.

CO Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in Colorado is $135,000-$150,000 (/yr). The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to market location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience and training, education, skill sets, and other business and organizational needs. A bonus, equity, commissions, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity. The disclosed salary range represents an estimate of the base compensation for candidates who can or will be located in Colorado. This range may vary with respect to candidates whose primary work location is outside those jurisdictions.
NYC and CA Posting: The base pay range for candidates located in New York City and California is $135,000- $150,000 (/yr).
