Snappy is on the search for a Partnership Growth Manager to join our growing Technology Partnerships team and to help us grow key strategic and technology partnerships. In this role you’ll be responsible for engaging with partners and growing our relationships by capitalizing on market opportunities created by partnering with Snappy. You will lead the building of the joint business plans, Go-To-Market, sales and marketing strategies, and drive implementation of all aspects of the strategy by working cross-functionally with technical, sales and marketing teams  to achieve and exceed our partnership growth goals.

You Will

  • Drive sales and marketing opportunities with key partners
  • Build ongoing partner relationships and process
  • Develop business-cases and GTM plans for new partnerships
  • Set goals for partners growth and development
  • Help onboard new clients through partner integrations
  • Act as the go-to person for all integration questions and details
  • Create integration assets for internal and external circulation
  • Leverage partner resources to target new clients and opportunities
  • Help lay the groundwork for growing partnerships team
  • Report on all partnership statuses

You Are

  • Backed by 5  years of experience in partnerships or strategic business development
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with an iterative approach
  • A solid understanding of API technology and product development 
  • Experience interfacing with large enterprise partners and clients
  • Proven experience working cross functionally across technology, sales, and marketing
  • Experienced in driving and implementing innovative strategies from the ground up
  • Extremely organized and have experience building sustainable processes
  • An excellent communicator (in groups big and small) with strong interpersonal skills
  • A team player who communicates well—clearly, kindly, often—within our department and across the company
  • Comfortable tackling problems head-on and adapting to shifting priorities
  • A respectful, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • A motivated self-starter with a no-task-too-small approach
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, Trello - this is extra credit!
