User Acquisition Manager
Tilting Point is a mobile games publisher with several top performing games with over 35 million downloads annually. We are a diverse team of performance marketing experts and are looking to add a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager to support our aggressive growth goals.
As a Performance Marketing Manager on our team, you will partner with internal and external teams to run and optimize app install campaigns for a portfolio of mobile titles. The ideal candidate will be an analytically minded individual who can independently manage multiple advertising campaigns and work cross functionally with our product, creative, and data teams to jointly set and achieve the goals of each game.
Your Future at Tilting Point
- Lead the ideation and execution of user acquisition campaigns for games in your portfolio
- Optimize spend across channels including Facebook, Google UAC, Apple Search, ad networks, and others in order to maximize ROI and improve overall campaign performance.
- Manage relationships and campaign performance with various ad networks (eg. Vungle, AppLovin, Unity, Liftoff, etc)
- Perform deep analysis of UA efforts across all mobile titles under your management
- Provide feedback on creative performance to assist in ad creation
- Track effectiveness of different channels/geos/audiences and report performance to senior management.
Your XP & Skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in a performance marketing role, bonus points for mobile UA experience.
- Experience running marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google UAC and/or ad networks
- Exceptional analytical skills and fluent in Microsoft Excel; SQL or Tableau experience is a plus
- You know what LTV and CPA mean and how to improve them
- Prior game industry experience is a plus.
- Strong interest in mobile marketing/gaming.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, finance, or related field
- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal skills
