Octoly is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to develop and execute a large-scale influencer and consumer acquisition strategy for the Octoly consumer App across 5 international markets. This role is both creative and analytical, and requires a data-driven thinker who can balance strategy with execution and has the ability to provide actionable information across each initiative.

You are an experienced and entrepreneurial demand generation manager specializing in B2C marketing for mobile applications. H​ aving previously worked on large-scale acquisition campaigns, and with a deep knowledge of campaign management, execution, and reporting you will come in with a tool kit to immediately impact our business.

What You Will Do:

●  Develop and execute strategic B2C marketing initiatives that drive awareness and site traffic leading to app downloads, signups, and orders using methods like email automation, paid search (Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Google etc.), and content marketing.

●  Work closely with the Product team to advance the influencer/consumer side of our product roadmap.

●  Optimize user onboarding, communication, and experience throughout the user life cycle.

●  Work seamlessly with cross-functional partners in Product, Marketing, Sales, and Support.

●  Understand and solve the pain points in the paid customer journey. Become expert in entire funnel, from

paid ad, to landing page, to lead nurturing, to conversion, to re-engagement.

●  Use data and analytics to drive excellence across paid media channels; design and develop reports and

dashboards to analyze, forecast, track and communicate key metrics.

●  Present strategy, performance, and areas for optimization to stakeholders in a clear and actionable way.

Who You Are:

●  At least 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C Demand Generation with proven success in developing and executing multi-channel acquisition programs.

●  Ability to analyze performance and user data, identify trends, and present key findings (both quantitative and analytical skills) and then apply these to future programs.

●  Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

●  Proven knowledge of all the social platforms and how unique communities, influencers and audiences are using them in collaboration with brands.

●  Strong copywriting skills with a propensity for collaboration.

  • You are fluent in French
  • Have experience in Influencer Marketing platforms

This position will be based in NY Soho Office and report directly to the VP of Operations and Marketing.
