Job Description:

The User Growth Specialist will have will play a crucial hands-on role in driving the growth of Crowdtap/Suzy’s user base. They would be responsible for developing and implementing the online marketing strategy to acquire new platform members and engage and retain existing members. The position requires strong online marketing skills in order to design innovative and successful digital marketing campaigns to drive member growth and retention.

The User Growth Specialist will work in partnership with the Manager of Product Membership to create the strategy and plans to successfully map initiatives to enable the defined strategic objectives and goals. The User Growth Specialist will analyze the success of our paid search campaigns to provide strategic direction and guide investments to both drive new and qualified traffic and retain and reactivate members.

Job Responsibilities

*Work with Manager of Product Membership to develop, implement, analyze and iterate paid and organic acquisition efforts to grow the member base

*Oversee budgets and forecast for paid search programs, develop program plans and goals, execute, measure, and provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance

*Work with internal & external partners to plan and execute acquisition campaigns focused on key consumer demographics, while tracking CPA, ROI and other success metrics

*Create strategic roadmap focused on key consumer groups and international expansion

*Partner with Marketing team to develop ad creative & messaging ideal for each target audience

*Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and ongoing campaign reporting

*Synthesize information to clearly communicate key learnings, actionable strategy, and recommend new opportunities to leadership

*Work cross-functionally with internal teams to manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring strategies are aligned, assets are created, and deadlines are met.

*Detailed knowledge of integrated digital marketing and paid search best practices

Required Qualifications

*Bachelor’s Degree

*Minimum2-3 yearsin acquisition, PPC or user growth position, such as growth hacking or product management

*Experience with a B2C focused product, with a demonstrated track record of driving user growth results, preferably from a mobile app publisher

*Experience with A/B testing of ad creative & messaging

*Deep understanding of PPC advertising methods & management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google)

*Highly strategic and able to balance long-term strategy with short-term results 

*Analytical mind able to identify key insights & learnings from campaigns

*Excellent interpersonal, research, listening, written and communication skills

*Ability and attitude to thrive in a high-paced environment

Suzy is located in NoHo/SoHo area. The best area for restaurants, shopping, and unique shops off of Broadway. The coolest area in NY, in our opinion.
