WHAT IS PRIZEOUT?

Prizeout is an advertising technology company with a three-sided marketplace that allows consumers to receive earned or allocated funds via digital gift cards. Our commercial partners offer Prizeout as a withdrawal or disbursement method, while brands can digitally advertise and acquire new customers through Prizeout ad campaigns.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

The VP of Marketing will work with our leadership team to develop and drive marketing strategy and execution. This person will be responsible for increasing awareness of the Prizeout brand, supporting business goals, driving new partner and merchant acquisition, and building a high-performing team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Grow our brand through the development of engaging content
  • Lead marketing efforts across all channels to drive demand generation and brand awareness
  • Collect and analyze metrics across all paid and owned channels to measure performance and quickly iterate
  • Develop and lead overall growth marketing to drive brands’ usage of our platform with a focus on how brands can best use the platform to meet marketing objectives
  • Act as a player-coach for team members and help to build processes that allows the team to execute on deliverables
  • Drive the narrative of data-driven marketing and performance analysis forward by educating and consulting both marketers and non-marketers
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across all internal teams
  • Drive data driven decision making both internally and externally

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B advertising with strong management and mentorship abilities; Start-up experience is preferred
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns and managing a brand
  • Curiosity and a passion for content creation and storytelling which may be focused on both businesses and consumers
  • Deep knowledge of effective channels and strategies to both build quality brand & product awareness and develop an efficient full-funnel acquisition strategy
  • Ability to measure campaigns and generate meaningful insights to be delivered to different audiences in relevant ways
  • Extremely organized with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage multiple, time-sensitive projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work full-time in New York City; this is not a remote role
