Your mission
Do you live and breathe demand generation? You may be the one! We're looking for a Vice President, Global Marketing to drive all aspects of marketing including Corporate, Product, Demand Gen and a global team of 9 marketers. The Vice President, Global Marketing will design and manage web demand generation programs and partner with our sales teams to generate a steady, growing stream of leads each and every month.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization and help us scale from $18M to $100M! You'll be tasked with building and developing our marketing team and strategy by connecting our product to customers and driving our brand identity and revenue.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee quantilope's portfolio of marketing channels globally, including demand generation, corporate and product marketing
  • Drive revenue results and optimize interactions with all global buyers to accelerate predictable revenue growth
  • Design and launch omni-channel campaigns based on our buyers and influencers by merging outbound and inbound marketing techniques
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly
  • Define, optimize and maintain quantilope's brand identity and recognition
  • Create compelling content to drive higher customer and prospect engagement, resulting in more qualified sales leads
  • Connect our product to our customers by focusing on our core differentiators and value of our products and services
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, RevOps and Customer Success leadership
  • Lead global marketing team of 9, with the goal to scale to 15+ over the course of 3 years
  • Foster our CODE culture with a focus on sustainable topline growth


Your profile

  • Must have strong SaaS experience
  • Must live, breathe, love and understand Demand Generation marketing
  • Must be able to show successful track record in Demand Generation marketing
  • Must have experience in a high growth / fast scaling setting below $50mm ARR
  • Must have 5+ years experience in mid-market ($30-$500k) into enterprises
  • Have previously sold to Brands/ Marketing Personas in Enterprises
  • Broader experience in Marketing (incl. Corporate Marketing and Product Marketing)
  • Experience in international organizations, especially with European companies
