The Role

SimpleHealth is seeking a creative, self-starter who thrives in a change-oriented, fast-moving and hyper-growth organization who can crisply synthesize and communicate various topics across the employee population with an inclusive lens. This role reports into CEO but will work closely with the performance marketing team to create a unified brand for the company.



Essential Functions

  • Own all brand marketing across the entire company and working closely with the VP of Revenue & Performance Marketing team to grow our brand's awareness and strength.
  • Oversee all things that the brand manifests externally through. This includes social media, paid marketing, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, our websites, PR, etc.
  • Create scalable strategies and systems that allow with "buzz" and continuously operate successfully and stay relevant year after year.
  • Work with our creative team to ensure a strong and consistent brand identity is holistically communicated.
  • Develop understanding of customer mindsets, attitudes, & behaviors. Translate those insights into marketing strategies.
  • Develop, in partnership with our analytics teams, metrics and measurement solutions that demonstrate the impact of the brand programs.
  • Own end to end campaign execution, including defining success metrics, target audience, messaging / messaging hierarchy, channel strategy, creative vision and ongoing optimization.
  • Work from the ground up to craft a narrative arc that communicates SimpleHealth’s story, mission, and capabilities both internally and externally
  • Support the Business Development and Recruiting teams (and other lines of business) in tailored strategies for how to best represent our brand to physicians, patients, sponsors, investors and more
  • Build an integrated holistic brand strategy that includes brand design and messaging, company events, and internal and external communications
  • Oversee PR to ensure SimpleHealth is being recognized as a thought leader in the femtech space.
  • Buildout and lead a partnership strategy to build more visibility to the brand and its evolution.
  • Maintain consistency across messaging from all parts of the organization to ensure all content reflects SimpleHealth’s brand positively and productively
  • Actively monitor media landscape and social media channels to ensure that the team is opportunistically and strategically managing outreach
  • Identify, package, and proactively promote customer, partner, product and corporate news that advance SimpleHealth’s business and brand objectives
  • Develop effective cross-functional relationships to ensure coordinated, strategic, and impactful brand announcements on an ongoing basis

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant brand and communications experience
  • Strong alignment with SimpleHealth’s values: Patient First, Empathy, Success, Teamwork and Inclusion
  • Detail-oriented and proven project management capability with ability to identify efficiencies and implement process for streamlining
  • Experience building creative brand marketing and content strategies with nimble budgets & short timelines.
  • Great writing and presentation skills that can communicate these strategies to teammates effectively
  • Experience leading and managing distributed creative teams with extreme organization.
  • Experience with building a brand's awareness from the ground up in an early stage company.
  • Experience and desire owning a product marketing throughout a product's lifecycle.
  • Experience designing and executing on 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Experience working at a top tier brand, brand agency, or advertising agency that thinks about differentiated branding and brand marketing in a structured way.
