WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Create, nurture, and own partnerships with DSPs, ad networks, exchanges, and SSPs to drive platform usage
  • Develop and lead overall growth marketing to drive brands’ usage of our platform with a focus on how brands can best use the platform to meet marketing objectives
  • Build, maintain, and implement best practices for campaign activation, marketing automation, demand generation, lead routing, processes, and data integrity
  • Lead digital marketing efforts across paid social, paid search, SEO, programmatic, affiliate, mobile/app, video, emerging, and other channels
  • Serve as the voice for ecommerce small and midsized merchants and prospects and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas, including technology and product
  • Act as a player-coach for team members and help to build processes that allows the team to execute on deliverables
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate across departments
  • Drive data driven decision making both internally and externally

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B advertising with strong management and mentorship abilities; Start-up experience is preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to analyze campaign results
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of effective channels and strategies to both build quality brand & product awareness and develop an efficient full-funnel acquisition strategy
  • Extremely organized with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage multiple, time-sensitive projects
  • Ability to positively and creatively influence change and inspire a team with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Team player first and foremost; strong collaborative approach (egos not required) while maintaining a level of self-starter mentality with a get-it-done approach
  • Must be willing to work full-time in New York City
