About the role
As the VP of Marketing, you will position Teampay as a disruptive force, carving out a new category while simultaneously accelerating our sales velocity. You will be in charge of working cross-functionally to empower employees to tell a consistent story on why what we do matters for our customers. You will drive the creation and distribution of internally and externally facing collateral, as well as handle our relationships with press, events and distribution partners.
What we love:
Prior B2B Product & Corporate Marketing experience, specifically with SaaS
Proven track record driving product marketing & sales enablement
Develop world-class storytelling, product positioning, go-to-market strategies, sales + partner enablement, and compelling content
Demonstrated ability to recruit and lead a high-performance team
Experience partnering with sales, demand generation, customer success & product management to deliver business results - there are no silos here
Turning a complicated concept into simple, plain language that is easy to understand
You work towards a “growth mindset” including experience in the controlled chaos of a startup
You will be an early hire at a fast-growing company, reporting directly to the CEO.
