Measurement Lead

Measurement is a key part of the success of our Ad Products, and the insights the data provides allows our advertising partners to better understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising on Kargo.
Kargo is looking for an energetic candidate who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves to solve problems, and enjoys a hybrid role of both internal and external communication.

Reporting to the VP of Ad Innovation, the Measurement Lead will both work internally with Senior Managers and externally with our trusted Partners to execute tests, analyze results and provide recommendations to our biggest advertising clients to help improve their campaigns.

The Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for key measurement relationships, working towards shared objectives
  • Communicate complex results across every level of the organization, particularly for non-technical audiences, to help make information more digestible and actionable
  • Build measurement advocacy and understanding via trainings, collateral and documentation development
  • Vet new measurement solutions, analyze data to identify trends, and provide recommendations to Leadership and other Senior Managers on major measurement decisions
  • Act as the measurement advisor for Kargo’s most strategic advertising partners, working with vendors, partners and other internal departments to execute custom ad solutions as it pertains to measurement
  • Work closely with Product to influence new products or features that improve workflows or existing systems with the goal of making Kargo more efficient

The Requirements:

  • Strong Analytical skills, at ease working with multiple sources of data to turn numbers into insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting in front of a small to medium group of people, conveying technical details into manageable insights
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across almost every department at Kargo
  • A proven track record for helping solve problems and find solutions for large clients or partners
  • A strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem or Ad Tech Industry – Ideally 2+ years of experience, or experience working with analytics at a Technology Company
