As a Member of Corporate Planning, Strategy Analyst, you are responsible for supporting AD’s Corporate Planning Lead in managing firmwide cross-functional projects; supporting the execution of all Corporate Planning team regulatory, strategic, and internal controls’-related activities; and coordinating standing team meetings, reporting activities, and other cadences internally and in connection with key external stakeholder partners. You are recognized as a meaningful contributor to corporate planning team activities, with the analytical chops and internal influence required to measurably enhance the corporate planning team’s ability to execute.
You are responsible for providing program management support for the firm’s annual firmwide strategic planning exercise; supporting program management efforts in connection with the firm’s implementation of its target operating model (TOM); and providing research, analytical, and program management support for ad hoc strategic projects as required. You will assist the team’s regulatory operations and strategic arms in coordinating with regulators and firm leaders in sustaining sound corporate governance; support the team’s internal controls’ function with maintaining internal controls firmwide; and perform other governance-related reviews as required. You will partner with Corporate Planning functions to define and deliver relevant MIS reporting for the firm’s C-Suite enabling yet more effective and efficient firmwide collaboration.
You are capable of contributing to the development of company goals and objectives, and expected to help define the long-term strategy of the firm and execute it with our team of talented planners. You are a well-rounded strategy professional with strong writing, policy development, and project management skills, who has the ability to significantly contribute to medium-to-large program development efforts and other projects, and to the culture within Anchorage Digital. You are recognized as a reliable partner who can apply expertise to have meaningful influence within and outside the team.

Technical Skills:
- Demonstrate growing knowledge of analytical and program management methods, planning and governance frameworks, and change- and project-management methodologies.
- Demonstrate experience applying research, written, analytical, and program management methods to support regulatory, strategic, and internal controls’ management efforts in defining programs that support sound regulatory engagement, strategic planning, and internal controls’ management.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Provide program management support for firmwide annual strategic planning program and ad hoc runs as required.
- Support program management of outstanding Target Operating Model implementation in collaboration with AD's Compliance, Finance, Legal, and People teams.
- Provide research, analytical, and program management support for periodic committee reporting, leadership updates, and ad hoc strategic projects as required.
- Support operational strategy team with quarterly operational planning runs for functional teams across Anchorage Digital.
- Support internal controls team with maintenance of controls’ library in coordination with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Compliance, and Information Security among others.
- Perform additional governance-related reviews to assist in meeting client needs expeditiously.
- Support administrative needs for Corporate Planning team alignment, including coordinating standing meetings with cross-functional stakeholders, managing issue logs, facilitating team planning, etc.
- Partner with Corporate Planning teams to define and deliver relevant MIS reporting for Head of Global Operations oversight and broader C-Suite decision-making.
- Enable AD-wide collaboration by supporting development of materials for team presentations/reporting and leadership updates.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Are aware of the strategy of Anchorage Digital, the top company objectives expressing that strategy, and the main efforts underway to guarantee its successful implementation.
- Monitor the development of the company objectives and/or trends that may affect Anchorage Digital’s capacity to succeed.
- Ensure that knowledge is shared amongst the Corporate Planning team and work to position yourself or others so as to avoid any single point of failure.
Communication and Influence:
- Listen and speak properly with other team members, demonstrate clear communication in the status of work, and proactively share information that impacts other colleagues, manager, and team managers or leads.
- Contribute actively to team activities as a team player, building productive internal and external working relationships.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- 1-2 years of experience as a business analyst in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or similar fields.
- Experience in writing, editing, or reviewing technical documents in the regulatory or banking space.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
- Experience coordinating with diverse stakeholder groups.
