The Role

From the morning essentials that gets us started to the office space that inspires our productivity, the Office Administrator is there to make it happen. Your expertise lies in your positivity, approachability, and execution in a high growth environment. You will be the friendly face that greets everyone from clients and vendors, to board members and shareholders. You will also interface and collaborate with NS1 teams to help build a supportive, happy and productive work environment. Qualified candidates will strive to learn more every day, be open to juggling and prioritizing multiple tasks at once, and above all else, be friendly.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Be the first warm and friendly NS1 face everyone sees. You will help our guests, customers, board members, investors and prospective employees feel comfortable and safe in our home.
  • Help us be our best selves by managing our kitchen and supply inventory. That means making sure that healthy snacks and beverages are stocked in the kitchen, fridge and pantry area. You’ll also be careful to note inventory of office supplies, because who doesn’t love a brightly colored post-it?
  • Be the point person with building management to resolve and manage facility issues.
  • You will liaise with teams like IT, People, and Finance to help in areas like approving expenses, reviewing & purchasing tech inventory for new employees, or planning company events like happy hours, retreats or quarterly doughnut and bagel days.
  • Keep our CEO on track by managing his calendar and travel arrangements as needed. He’s pretty self-sufficient, but sometimes he needs reminders or help in rescheduling meetings. Because no one is perfect.
  • You’ll also help manage our office vendor relationships as well as coordinate our move from our current space to our new space.

  • You are highly motivated and determined to make every experience within the walls of our office happy, engaging, safe, and productive.

What we’re looking for:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-2 years of experience at a high growth start up with an emphasis on facilities, corporate services, property management or equivalent office management experience
  • Unwavering integrity and confidentiality in dealing with personal and financial materials
  • Experience with Google Suite a plus
