Account Coordinator, Enterprise Solutions Group
We are looking for an Account Coordinator to work directly as the “right hand” to the Senior Manager of the Enterprise Solutions Group. Additionally, you will work directly with other internal teams such as Operations, Design, Marketing and Sales to assist Senior Manager with all projects. This person will support with the day-to-day contact of Fluent’s enterprise accounts, offering extensive client support. In this role, you will learn how to establish relationships with clients, develop an understanding of client needs and account challenges, coordinate campaign launches, track budgets, and monitor campaign activity.The ideal candidate will work with the teams to ensure delivery, goals and objectives put forth by the client, and senior level management, are met.
As part of this role this person will spend ~25-50% of time learning the Ad Operations side of the business for the first 3-6 months as he/she prepares to enter the Enterprise Solutions Group full time.
Enterprise Solutions Group Responsibilities
- Learn and thoroughly understand Fluent’s business model and objectives, including our array of product offerings, and be able to effectively apply it through internal and external interactions
- Maintain client dashboards by pulling information from internal and external tracking platforms; analyzing key performance metrics, and ensure goals are being met
- Participate in campaign strategy, targeting and optimization; identify areas for scale and growth within accounts
- Support day-to-day client interactions and support Senior Managers in cross-selling and upselling of existing advertisers
- Obtain performance metrics from clients to reconcile delivery and billing
- Maintain master advertiser document to include key account updates and communications
- Facilitate in the pre-launch process by gathering relevant information from clients and working with internal teams to ensure a successful and efficient launch
- Facilitate in the pre-launch process of new clients and campaigns by gathering relevant information from Account Managers and Sales team & work with internal teams to ensure a successful and efficient launch
- Participate in in the launch of new campaigns, including strategy, targeting and optimization; identify areas for scale and growth within these accounts
- Align performance metrics with individual, team and companywide goals
- Pull internal reports for campaign results, evaluation of client KPIs
- Troubleshoot campaign issues, such as tracking, revenue and other key metrics
- Critically think of new creative concepts, implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns
Ad Operations Responsibilities

Requirements
- Comfortable working with data and numbers as well as engaging with clients; ability to present data in various ways that highlight campaign performance.

- 1-2 years of professional experience at a media, tech or digital marketing company, within a client facing role
- BA/BS degree
- Comfortable with formatting, creating advanced formulas, analyzing and entering data in a fast-paced setting
- Able to develop compelling presentations that illustrate the business value of the solutions to the customer at all levels
