Account Management Regional Lead

We’re looking for an Account Management Regional Lead to join Team Snapchat! As a member of the Account Management team, you will lead the development and growth of the regional Sales team in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. Working from our New York, NY office, you will collaborate with individuals to focus on generating revenue, manage relationships with clients, create optimization strategies, identify performance trends, drive efficiency in our processes, and act as a coach and mentor to the Account Management team in your region.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Sales managers to identify revenue opportunities and develop action plans to drive incremental revenue
- Support strategic relationships with the most strategic accounts or as needed
- Act as a mentor and set regional Account Management team strategy and vision
- Focus on training/mentoring and drive role excellence within the team
- Act as the Account Manager voice & representative
- Drive process consistency and operational efficiency within the region
- Support Sales training curriculum development and share global best practices
- Lead projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally)
- Identify regional/global trends and share overall trends with cross-functional partners
- Act as a thought leader on product development and drive overall consistency across the Account Management organization
- Develop and refine day-to-day operations and strategic prioritization, and partner with Sales managers on career pathing, performance management, and growth of the Account Management team
- Ensure that the Account Management team is set up for success through detailed training, resources, and thought leadership
- Partner with Sales managers to develop sales strategy and identify opportunities for incremental revenue (upsell and cross-sell)
- Oversee internal campaign management and operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
- 10+ years experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad-tech, programmatic, or similar field
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven performance in managing and building an excellent client services team
- Expert understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem
- Expert understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems by analyzing large data sets
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into action
- Impressive relationship building skills and comfortable communicating with senior level executives
- Deep experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Demonstrated track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews quota
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes
- Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Impressive presentation and communication skills
- Ability to lead presentations and drive decisions at a senior management level – internally and with our external advertising partners
- A passion for Snapchat as a user and solid knowledge of our ad products
