Altru is looking for an Account Manager to support our growing list of enterprise clients.

 

This is a unique opportunity to get a front-row seat at a high-growth startup working with some of the most well-known logos in the world. You will learn from proven startup veterans in a B2B environment working on an exciting product that is transforming an industry.

 

As a member of the Growth team, you will work with our Head of Account Management and CEO to help us retain and expand a fast-growing list of enterprise clients. We have a tremendous opportunity not only to make our accounts wildly successful and Altru fans for life but also to deepen our relationships by identifying additional pain points we are well equipped to solve within their organization.

Altru's technology allows organizations to create and nurture authentic relationships with their candidates by producing content driven by audience intent.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Implement and retain our highest-value clients by being the trusted point of contact.
  • Developing incredibly strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Capturing ROI and iterating on feedback.
  • Exploring additional value-add use cases.
  • Support customer acquisitions efforts through referrals, case studies, etc.
  • Key measurements are: retention, growth (both features and revenue), and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Incredible communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Loves working with people to drive outcomes
  • A track record of success and achievement
  • A high standard of integrity and work ethic, including time management, prioritization and organizational skills
