Job Description
The Account Services team facilitates Broker Dealer and Client onboarding, ensuring proper documentation is collected and counterparty information is entered correctly into our CRM tools. The manager of the Account Services team will work closely with our Sales Team to ensure a seamless and efficient enablement for new customers onto our platform. In addition to onboarding, the team also manages the client & dealer relationships on the platform as well as responding to a wide variety of requests received from both our internal sales teams and our external customers.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and implement workflows, procedure updates and enhancements
- Act as key contact between new clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring KYC protocols and documentation adherence
- Serve as escalation point for any issues regarding onboarding and relationship management
- Direct and monitor staff to ensure timely, compliant, and successful completion of all tasks
- Ensure staff is fully trained and current on all applicable regulations, including KYC/AML
- Lead client transformation initiatives for operational efficiencies.
- Manage, coach, and engage team members to drive performance; Develop and retain top talent
- Build and maintain a culture of trust, transparency, and integrity
- Evaluate team and individual performance to achieve business objectives
What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years’ previous Client Onboarding experience
- AML/ KYC expertise
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) with all levels of associates and management
- Self-starter and tenacious; ability to motivate others
- Good interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Ability to multi-task and operate under tight deadlines
- Understanding of the fixed income markets and general securities trading knowledge
