What you will do:

• Manage general administrative and clerical support
• Oversee day to day aspects of the NYC office including: office supplies, working with our building management, and other vendors
• Assist the Ops team with new employee onboarding
• Prepare and modify internal documents including emails, reports, and memos
• Collaborate with other departments, especially: Finance, HR, HQ Administration
• Support various team with processing documents
• Manage supplies and equipment
• Coordinate business trips and accommodations
• Help promote a company culture through recurring and one-off company events

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of administrative or office management experience
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and planning skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Team player with a positive attitude
