The Role:

DailyPay’s Revenue Enablement and Operations team is looking for a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate and maintain the training schedules, coordinate travel, manage communications about compensation and other tasks as assigned by the Revenue Leadership Team. The ideal candidate is flexible and open to unfamiliar assignments and has superb problem solving and critical thinking skills while maintaining high confidentiality on most projects.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of all information received, or within the scope of the position
  • Internal and external representation for company brand and company leaders
  • Collaborate with different department to ensure that any ongoing projects and needs for the company are met
  • Coordinate the agenda of senior management team meetings, off-sites, and travel
  • Coordinate all onboarding and training by electing appropriate times (in accordance with communicated preferences), communicating agenda to attendees and sending necessary materials
  • Record and distribute notes as needed from meetings with senior management
  • Distribute communications about compensation to leaders and individual contributors on a monthly basis
  • Perform general administrative functions
  • Deliver a great service to our internal customers, prioritize the important stuff, and deliver a high standard on time
  • Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Revenue Enablement & Operations

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • 1-3 Years of Experience as an Administrative Assistant
  • Key strengths in organization, multitasking and time management
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills in a variety of mediums - must be comfortable working cross-functionally with people at multiple levels and from multiple disciplinary backgrounds
