About the Role

Come join our growing Marketplace Partner Solutions team that powers direct-to-consumer partnerships for the MoneyLion Marketplace. With a successful background in affiliate marketing or e-commerce, you will be responsible for driving the operations, execution, and expansion of MoneyLion’s affiliate and partner program by developing new partnerships while managing existing accounts. They'll also create strategies for revenue growth with the goal of increasing exposure through increased traffic by targeting and creating new partnerships. They must have great negotiation skills that enable them to work effectively within business teams at all levels across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage MoneyLion’s Marketplace daily operations.
  • Using your existing relationships, maximize the number of affiliate partners and increase revenue with existing ML partners by executing high volume, data-driven lifecycle campaigns
  • Negotiate partner contractual processes to push deals through the pipeline including negotiation of standard commercial terms (CPA, CPM, Rev Share)
  • Plan and forecast revenue growth via ongoing collaboration with the business channel lead, external partners as well as internal teams.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to drive advanced reporting of revenue and performance metrics to drive KPIs and overall understanding of business operations
  • Execute and manage ongoing contracts and commission structures for all partners and affiliates
  • Own program metrics, forecasting, partnership optimization based on delivered KPI metrics, and program growth success
  • Conduct meetings with partners to ensure retention and opportunities to grow.
  • Coordinate setup of new affiliate partnerships and assure tracking, and reporting is set up correctly.
  • Research trends in partner performance and proactively present new opportunities
  • Create processes to improve daily operations through automation and creation of efficient marketplace SOPs

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5+ years of experience working in the partnership and affiliate space
  • 3+ years marketing experience within the affiliate, digital/paid, retail, or advertising agency
  • Experience with Commission Junction, Impact Radius, or Rakuten preferred
  • Familiarity with link-tracking attribution systems and technologies (Everflow, pixel tracking, postbacks, UTM parameters)
  • A data-driven, performance mindset with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and clarity when presenting information
  • The desire and drive to take ownership and run after new opportunities via operational execution
  • The ability to easily balance and coordinate activities across different projects, tasks, and deadlines.
  • The ability to work with different teams, partners, and levels of management.
