Alliance Manager

The Alliances Manager is tasked with building relationships across our newly launched strategic partners. In this role, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining success plans for these key partnerships in order to define their trajectory for success both internally and externally. You will be managing these early-stage partnerships in order to grow them to a point of critical mass at which time they can be handed over to the regional members of the Partner Sales Team for ongoing management.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and execute a partner success plan with both short and long term goals and metrics to drive mutual business value and support the company’s overall expectations for the partnership
- Build and leverage trusted partner relationships within partner organizations through face-to-face interactions, regular communications, QBR sessions, partner meetings, and co-marketing activities
- Work collaboratively with the partner sales team to align opportunities and identity accounts for prioritization against partnership goals
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1.5 years of marketing technology SaaS experience
- Experience managing a partner or client relationship to desired outcomes
- Team player with experience working with on or with a direct sales team in a collaborative environment
- Deep curiosity around how technologies work and how our joint solutions create value
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
