Who You Are
You are an analyst of privacy, security, and compliance initiatives who has worked in one or more of the following areas:

  • Audit
  • Third-Party Risk
  • Sales Enablement
  • Cloud Security
  • Data Governance

You are able to understand complex SaaS environments as well as privacy and security frameworks. You are a strong partner with your co-workers who helps to ensure efficient processes and positive outcomes. You have a passion for staying current on the latest trends and advancements in privacy, security, and compliance.

What You Will Do

You will assist with coordinating programs, projects, and tasks to meet privacy and security-related customer, regulatory/compliance, and business requirements. This role reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage the collection of evidence for privacy and security audits.
  • Monitor compliance with privacy and security controls.
  • Conduct access reviews/recertifications.
  • Support sales by assisting with privacy and security questionnaires.
  • Help conduct vendor and partner risk assessments.
  • Maintain privacy, security, and compliance documentation. 
  • Assist with privacy, security, and compliance training programs.
  • Help manage Dataminr’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software solution.

Skills & Experience

  • Approximately 2 years of experience working in privacy, security, and/or compliance
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and functions
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
  • Experienced in business writing for broad audiences, both technical and non-technical
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and multi-task
  • Exposure to privacy and security-related compliance/regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27000 series, NIST, GDPR, and CCPA
  • Experience gathering evidence from a diverse set of sources for audit purposes
  • Vendor and partner risk assessments
  • Experience using Governance, Risk, and Compliance software
