Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager of Site Merchandising for the Ecommerce Outlet will support the online business initiatives and strategies with a focus on maximizing sales and conversion, as well as content coordination. The Assistant Manager will manage the day to day execution of website merchandising and product set up focused on the Outlet site.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Review the site daily with customer-first mindset; reacting to current business & changing trends to drive conversion
- Work cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, and brand creative teams to manage, maintain, and oversee the schedule of product launches and on-site presentation/features
- Execute the end to end setup of all products for the Outlet site, including but not limited to product imagery and product attributes
- Work with Manager to strategize and influence site execution of category offers
- Provide seamless customer experience when executing promotional strategies online
- Partner with Digital Marketing to provide linking strategies that provide the fastest path to product
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 1 - 3 years' Digital Merchandising experience required
- Outlet experience preferred
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including intermediate capabilities with Excel.
- Possess customer-centric mindset
- Strong process orientation and ability to understand system dependencies is a must
- Bias to action with appreciation of dynamic work environment
