We are seeking someone who could start immediately and is ambitious, experienced and highly effective to help us run the daily business as part of the Americas (US, CA, LATAM) account management team.

Do you bring experience in account management, analysis and reporting? The successful candidate needs to be a team player who will take full ownership of our day to day client relationships.

Your Mission

• Liaise with agency holding groups, independent agencies and clients direct on a day-to-day basis
• Support the Account Management team and the Sales team, reporting to the Americas Account Management lead
• Manage the campaign lifecycle for some of the largest global advertisers, from RFP to execution
• Work closely with the Operations team based in Berlin, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, troubleshooting and solving problems as they arise
• Educate clients on our offerings and upsell/cross-sell products where possible
• Act as the self-serve arm of the business
• Ensuring internal products are running smoothly per our clients' requirements

Desired Background

• 1+ year experience in digital advertising/ad-tech, preferable with an understanding of data and data practices
• You are outgoing and personable, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• You learn fast and think methodically and analytically
• You have an interest in digital advertising, and ideally advertising technology
• You are highly reliable, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Excellent spoken and written English
