Associate Client Partner

We are looking for an Associate Client Partner to join Team Snapchat! You'll support the broader team in building and managing relationships with our biggest advertising partners across the globe to help them expand their digital presence on Snapchat. Working from our New York, NY or Chicago, IL office, you'll need to be strategic, productive, have great presentation and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.
What you’ll do:
- Work across verticals to support client partners in their effort to drive relationships and revenue for the world’s largest advertisers
- Gather and share insights: Develop and frame scalable learnings and materials to the global team around audiences, products and market insights.
- Market intelligence landscape articulation related to media planning, and campaign execution
- Work with XFN teams (Rev Strat, Sales Ops, etc) to identify data streams and team feedback
- Identify insights needs for global brands to scale international revenue
- Complete ad hoc requests including but not limited to global performance reports, global revenue reports, etc
- Assist in Upfront Agreement management and tracking
- Consolidate key resources to inform client asks and conversations
- Develop scaled programs for sales partners including training programs, collateral, playbooks, narratives, & recommendations
- Provide post-campaign account analysis, optimization and troubleshooting support for partners and clients
- Provide day to day operational support for partners, including managing support escalations, identifying and resolving client or partner issues, working with cross-functional teams as required
- Work with internal cross functions through processes such as creative production requests, campaign exceptions and coupon requests, product adoption, and post campaign reporting
- Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing ad products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Advanced Excel skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Incredibly data driven, with deep understanding of advertising performance metrics
- Proven experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Expert understanding of advertising performance and planning metrics
- Deep understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changes
- Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills; both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems
- Solid understanding and experience of presenting data to clients in a clear and concise way
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience
- 5+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts
- Experience working with account contacts and growing revenue through the development of relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- A team player and collaborator
- Passion for Snapchat, marketing, and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up
