Associate Director, Business Process

The Internal Solutions team is looking for a leader to build out and scale a team of Business Process Analysts. We are looking for a candidate with prior management experience and one that is comfortable leading a flexible technical team with a range of skill-sets in a fast paced, highly demanding environment.
The Associate Director of Business Process will be focused on managing a team that focuses on the evaluation, design, execution, measurement, and control of internal processes, ensuring that business process outcomes are aligned with Movable Ink’s strategic goals. This role will work collaboratively across all departments to improve the cross-functional processes from beginning to end, introducing innovation that can impact results, enhance profitability and ensure the organization meets its strategic goals & objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Direct complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple function and workflows
- Partner with Project Management and the wider enterprise by providing the appropriate process framework for the most cross-functional, strategic projects
- Develop and continuously evaluate existing processes while recommending specific and actionable improvement opportunities related to cost, time savings, or risk mitigation
- Define, design, and implement processes for new workflows that are created due to changing business needs
- Ensure that standardized training is in place for current and new employees on developed processes
- Build business cases for self-identified projects and work with the department heads on prioritization
- Apply change management best practices and tools to support adoption of future state process plans
- Lead an organization and business analyst team built around process excellence
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in process improvement focused role
- Experience with SaaS and/or a previous high-growth company is a plus
- Extremely organized and ability to multitask
- Effective interpersonal, communication, consultation and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to realize cost savings and quantify efficiency gains from relevant efforts
- Significant experience working cross-functionally (experience with a matrix organization a plus)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt certification a plus)
