Associate Director, Community and Customer Experience - Training & Quality at Paxful

Working alongside our Director of CCX, the Associate Director of Training & Quality will be charged with managing the strategic vision of our global training and quality program. Paxful’s team embraces customer focus, tenacious problem-solving, collaboration, and the Associate Director of Training & Quality will contribute to this culture while pushing us to innovate and do our best work.
What You’ll Do
- Provide leadership to our training and quality team, define goals, develop process excellence and distill meaningful insights
- Partner with internal leaders of customer support, to identify training, knowledge, and process gaps to upskill our customer experience teams
- Create and maintain the process and quality standards of our customer support team
- Provide meaningful metrics and insights to the business through QA and process analysis
Who You Are
- You are a systems and process oriented thinker with a strive for quality excellence
- You can see the big picture while being able to zoom in with detailed analysis
- You have excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally with executives, management, and team members
What We’re Looking For
- At least 4+ years of experience managing a global training program
- Relevant experience in financial services or e-commerce, a bonus if cryptocurrency excites you
- Passion for mentoring and coaching of employee(s) to ensure personal/team growth and achievement of company goals or objectives
- Experience or interest in working with globally distributed teams, including working across time zones
