We are looking for an empathetic and results-oriented leader to join our Medical Operations department as an Associate Director of Provider Experience. In this role, you’ll focus on provider engagement, performance, and training - using your expertise to create a first-rate environment for providers and build a strong sense of community. This role reports to the Senior Director of Medical Operations and will work closely with clinicians in the provider network.
What You'll Do:
- Develop engagement initiatives within the provider network aimed at improving outcomes and quality
- Lead the execution of provider engagement initiatives with the goal of improving provider participation, retention, and community
- Find meaningful ways to ensure the provider experience at RPM is second to none
- Establish clear goals and metrics for evaluating provider performance and engagement
- Optimize provider performance through close collaboration with the Quality & Safety and Member Experience Teams.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of a successful training and development process to meet key deliverables and success metrics
- Operationalize the education of providers on product enhancements and new releases
- In conjunction with the Quality & Safety team, lead the development of provider performance resources including SLAs, dashboards, and scorecards
- Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and operationally. Help the team develop, execute, and optimize operational initiatives
- Act as an effective leader by articulating a clear direction for their team, motivating and developing direct reports
- Responsible for creating, monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics
What You'll Bring:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate direct reports
- 8+ years of Medical Operations experience with 3+ years of experience in an employee engagement role or training and development role
- Experience using data to drive metric-based decisions
- Ability to think both strategically and demonstrated ability to execute on operational initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
